Badly over painted and missing part of the chassis. So this is my first attempt at repairing the base plate. There is also some paint on the windows but otherwise uncracked. A piece of tin was fashioned into shape, soldered, filed, and filled to repair the chassis. I started to paint the model with dark red and was going to mask out the trunk and finish with cream, but it looked so good in dark red I decided to leave it that color. The screen I re-polished and added an interior that I used on the Corgi equivalent. Add to this a replica box, a hybrid of the early and late Dinky models.
