In a very poor state, badly repainted, 50% paint loss, rusty chassis, paint on windows, to name the main problems. The strip down was straightforward and paint stripping was easy, the chassis was wire brushed with a rotary tool, and the windows scraped of paint. The body was primed and a small ding in the hood was filled, a coat of primer and 3 top coats were applied. The spun hubs were masked and the chassis given a new coat of black paint. The windows were cleaned and polished with metal polish on a buffer using the rotary tool. Painted, not using the original pink.
