There are more parts to this model than it first looked. The bumpers and grille are separate parts and have to be removed. The pictures show that the front grille is removed by grinding away the head of the stub inside the bodyshell and carefully tapping the assembly out. The stub needs to be removed from the grille, see photograph. The rear bumper just needs the tabs to be squeezed inwards. All parts of this model need attention. The screen is cracked, the hood bonnet is dented and general rust on the chassis and axles have impeded the steering.
